Terms of Service
What we do, what we need from you, how billing works, and what happens when you leave. Short, and written to be read. Last updated 18 October 2026
The short version
JED is an iPhone app that makes a website for your business. It is not available yet, and nothing is sold on this website. These terms cover the websites we already run for our customers: you own your domain, your website and every page we write, and you can take all of it with you whenever you want. Nothing below contradicts that.
Who you are contracting with
DS Maker LTD, registered with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies under number HE465492, at Efesou 9, 5280 Paralimni, Famagusta, Cyprus. VAT number: CY60100946O. Contact: support@jedsite.com.
What we do
We keep the websites of our existing customers online, with their domain registered in their name and in their name only, and we make the changes they ask for. We are not taking on new customers for this service.
When the JED app is available, these terms will say what it does and what it costs before anyone can pay for it.
What we need from you
To do the work we need the access we ask for in the first week: your domain, your photos, your business details, and permission to publish on your behalf. We also need what you tell us to be true. We do not invent prices, license numbers or opening hours, so if you give us the wrong ones, the wrong ones go on your website.
You are responsible for the content you give us and for having the right to use it. If you send us a photo you do not own, that is on you, not on us.
Billing
When you pay us, you pay by card through Stripe, in US dollars, and you get an invoice for every charge. Prices do not include any tax that may apply where you are.
If a payment fails, we try again and email you. If it keeps failing for 14 days, we pause the work. We do not take your website down and we do not take your domain.
Cancelling
Write to support@jedsite.com. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no contract length. Your current month finishes and nothing further is charged. You keep the domain, the website and every page we wrote.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a specific position in Google, a specific number of calls, or that any particular AI assistant will mention you. Search engines and AI assistants are run by other companies and change their minds without telling anyone. What we promise is the work itself, and that you own everything at the end.
If something goes wrong
If we cause you a loss, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months. We are two people running a small company and we cannot carry unlimited risk. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it from our side
We can stop working with you with 30 days notice, and we refund any month you have paid for and not received. We can stop immediately if the work would be illegal, or if you ask us to publish something false or harmful.
Text messages
JED Support texts are replies to people who text us first at 1-855-JED-TEAM (1-855-533-8326) about their website. We text you back about what you asked, and nothing else: no marketing and no promotions.
Texting us is optional. You never have to agree to text messages to buy or use JED, and accepting these terms or our Privacy Policy does not sign you up for any. You can always write to support@jedsite.com instead.
Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts from us and START to receive them again. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@jedsite.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus. If we ever disagree, we try to sort it out by email first, because that is faster and cheaper for both of us.
