Terms of Service
What we do, what we need from you, how billing works, and what happens when you leave. Short, and written to be read. Last updated 9 September 2026
The short version
We build your website and keep it online, and we make the changes you ask for. You pay monthly. You own your domain, your website and every page we write. You can cancel any month and take all of it with you. Nothing below contradicts that.
Who you are contracting with

What we do
$65 per month. We build your website and keep it online, we register your domain in your name and in your name only, and we make the changes you ask for by email or by chat, whenever you want. One business, one website.
Email is $15 per month per mailbox, on your own business name. It is not part of the base plan: you add a mailbox when you want one and cancel it when you do not.
Starting. If we keep the design you already have, there is no setup fee. If you want it refreshed or built new, it is $299 once, or $780 for the first year with no setup fee. After that first year the plan renews monthly at $65, never as another year up front.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include any tax that may apply where you are.
What we need from you
To do the work we need the access we ask for in the first week: your domain, your photos, your business details, and permission to publish on your behalf. We also need what you tell us to be true. We do not invent prices, license numbers or opening hours, so if you give us the wrong ones, the wrong ones go on your website.
You are responsible for the content you give us and for having the right to use it. If you send us a photo you do not own, that is on you, not on us.
Billing
Payment is monthly in advance, by card, through Stripe. The first payment starts the month. Each following month renews automatically on the same date until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we try again and email you. If it keeps failing for 14 days, we pause the work. We do not take your website down and we do not take your domain.
Cancelling
Write to support@jedsite.com. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no contract length. Your current month finishes and nothing further is charged. You keep the domain, the website and every page we wrote.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a specific position in Google, a specific number of calls, or that any particular AI assistant will mention you. Search engines and AI assistants are run by other companies and change their minds without telling anyone. What we promise is the work itself, and that you own everything at the end.
If something goes wrong
If we cause you a loss, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months. We are two people running a small company and we cannot carry unlimited risk. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it from our side
We can stop working with you with 30 days notice, and we refund any month you have paid for and not received. We can stop immediately if the work would be illegal, or if you ask us to publish something false or harmful.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus. If we ever disagree, we try to sort it out by email first, because that is faster and cheaper for both of us.
